At ShopValley, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect and pack all products before delivery. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and wellness products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

You may be eligible for a return if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Products without original packaging

2. Return Request Timeframe

  • Return requests must be made within 24–48 hours of receiving the product
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

Customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Packaging condition

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened supplements
  • Used products
  • Products without seals
  • Products purchased on discount or clearance (if stated)

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if the return is approved.

Approved refunds may be issued as:

  • Replacement product, or
  • Refund to original payment method, or
  • Store credit (at ShopValley’s discretion)

Refund processing time:

  • 7–10 working days after approval

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Refunds may be processed via bank transfer or mobile financial services
  • Customer must provide accurate refund details

6. Shipping & Handling Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless the error was from ShopValley

7. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

8. Damaged Package on Delivery

If the package appears damaged:

  • Do not accept delivery, or
  • Take photos/videos immediately and contact support

9. Product Availability for Replacement

If a replacement product is unavailable:

  • A refund or store credit may be offered instead
